Our Reservation Policy: A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa appointments. For Day Spa Packages, full payment is required at time of booking. For Day Spa Packages, a 48 hour cancellation notice is necessary to avoid being considered a 'No Show'. 'No Show' clients will be charged 50% of the value of the services missed. Late arrivals will limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service a late arrival may be classified as a 'No Show'.
