The Geneo Facial is an innovative, 3-step facial treatment that works both on the inside and outside of the skin. EXFOLIATION Targeted ingredients in the Geneo OxyPods react with the Geneo Primer Gel creating a gentle, non-invasive exfoliation on the outside, while triggering the oxygenation process inside the skin. OXYGENATION Geneo’s oxygenation effect triggers the body’s natural, physiological process of increased oxygen levels internally. Oxygen is carried to the surface of the skin where the increased levels of oxygen prep the skin for maximum absorption throughout the rest of the facial treatment. NOURISHMENT A blend of active ingredients is infused into the oxygenated and exfoliated skin during our ultrasound and neo-massage steps. There are 6 different treatments to choose from: Balance- Removes dirt and impurities, fights acne and balances oily skin. Detox- reinforces the skin’s protective barrier against free radicals and other environmental damages, therefore pro-actively addressing signs of aging. Hydrate- Refreshes and revives dry and dull skin, leaving it moisturized, glowing and replenished. Illuminate- Unifies skin tone, improves pigmentation and rejuvenates the skin. Revive- Refreshes dull skin, reduces fine lines and improves overall skin texture and appearance. Glam *NEW*- Boosts and enhances the skin barrier to prevent loss of collagen and moisture, revealing a more supple texture. Contraindications: - Pregnant or nursing - Current or history of cancer, especially skin cancer or pre-malignant moles - Impaired immune system due to immunosuppressive diseases, such as AIDS and HIV, or use of immunosuppressive medications - Any active conditions in the treatment area, such as sores, eczema, rash, fragile skin, swollen, burnt or injured skin, active acne, rosacea, dermatitis, psoriasis, or active Herpes Simplex - Excessively or fresh tanned skin (within the last few days) - Any surgical, invasive, ablative procedure in the treatment area before complete healing - Vascular disorders, such as telangiectasia, varicose veins, thrombosis, phlebitis in the applied area - Severe concurrent disease, such as uncontrolled diabetes, nervous disease, cardiac disorder. - Bleeding disorders, coagulopathies, areas of thrombophlebitis, or use of anticoagulants - History of skin disorder -Open acne pustules -Metal implants in the treatment area (teeth area is okay)
